Render: fully shaded (painted) piece with high attention to detail in a more refined style

By commissioning or purchasing anything from Makevki you agree to these terms. Terms are subject to change. Violating them may result in cancelation of any remaining orders and/or blacklisting.

Client must be 18 years of age or older.

I reserve the right to reject or cancel and refund a commission for any reason and at any time.

If the client would like a private commission it should be stated upfront, otherwise I reserve the right to upload it to my social media and advertise my services with it freely.

I do not offer working on deadlines at this time.

All payments are in Euro only and preferably through ko-fi, although paypal and stripe are acceptable - Full payment upfront.

Payment plans may be discussed for bigger orders.

Full refunds are offered only before I start working or If I haven't completed the work within 10 months time, once I start I do not offer refunds unless I'm not able to finish the commission - in such case I individually determine the amount refunded based on how much work I already completed. Otherwise, as stated above I reserve the right to a maximum of 10 months to turn in a piece.

Refunds are not offered after a commission is completed. I give multiple options to change the idea of the whole piece while I sketch and fix any mistakes at any stage free of charge, therfore I am not responsible for the client changing their mind after I finish working. Chargebacks instantly put the client on my blacklist and they will be publically called out.

I can provide concepts and re-do initial sketches as much as needed (within reason) free of charge, unless there has been an error on my part I can decline or charge extra for any revisions after the sketch is approved, so make sure to provide all important information upfront.

By default I provide initial sketch wips and ask the client for their input, after approval I work in peace and inquire input when necessary, I can provide wips to the client at any point if asked, the client may also ask me to send wips for approval for every stage if they wish to do so.

If the client provides me with their email or discord, I will send them the finished piece there.

I retain all rights to my illustrative work and the client is required to credit me. Client doesn't have to ask me for permission to use their commission as an avatar, header, etc, or to repost it as long as credit is given.

All commissioned art is for personal use only. Client may not use my art for commercial purposes without my explicit permission.

Using the artowork on physical items is fine, but only for personal use.

My art may not be used for NFTs or feeding generative AI.

I do not provide .psd files of my work and I prohibit the client from altering my work [exception: reference sheets], altering such as filters, text, cropping, etc is fine.

As mentioned in section 1. point D. I reserve the right to use commissioned work to advertise myself and post it wherever I wish, if the client would like a commission to be private they should state it upfront.

client is expected to put an ^ at the beginning or end of their message when inquiring, as proof of reading the entire ToS!

By obtaining any design made by Makevki you agree to these terms automatically. Violating them may result in blacklisting.

Terms apply to all designs - adopts, auctions, custom design commissions and trading ownership with previous owners.

These rules are general and certain designs may be exempt from them. Example: Agreeing that a specific design made for an event such as trans day of visibility, remains trans despite other changes; Asking to not resell an old fursona to any other person, etc

Editing: The new owner may fully change a design to their heart's content, as well as get art, items, etc of the character.

Upon recieving a design of mine - you get all character rights. I retain all rights over my work and may use the design to advertise my servicesI must always be credited as the designer. Constant credit is not required, only when initially posting the character or when asked about the designer.

Design owner must not create duplicates/copies of my design with intention to profit ("breeding", making "siblings" and then selling).

I will not provide a .psd file, but markings, accesorries or any changes to the reference may be made by the client. Any artwork made by me must be credited properly.

My designs and art are for personal use only. Commercial use must be discussed and agreed upon.

My work may not be used for NFTs or feeding generative AI.

Co-ownership is allowed.

Trading ownership: The owner must not sell for more than they paid unless the design comes with extra art/items.

Designs obtained via gifts/trades cannot be sold for money unless all parties invloved agree to do so.

The owner must not give designs to people on my blacklist. They will be blacklisted as well.

If selling, the new owner must be provided with my ToS.

I will not be settling any future ownership disputes between new owners.

I will never be revoking any characters from anyone for breaking any rules - I simply blacklist any clients who do not adhere to my terms and avoid working with them further. I only revoke rights to designs after a paypal chargeback or If I never recieved payment in the first place.
